My friend, Ram forwarded me this new ebook by Seth Godin on making websites more effective. It’s a succinct, commonsense-filled approach; made me wonder why more online outfits didn’t think of it – especially the ones I interacted with during my mobile phone purchase. Try out these 2 sites. They have my vote for the best websites of all time. Not that these are essentially e-commerce sites; both are in the f&b space. But..and that is a big BUT, if you wanted something from them, they have sure made it easy for you.
